How Bryan Cave Was Founded?
In 1873 a King, Phillips & Steward firm was established in St. Louis, State of Missouri. This company was the first that conducts the essential business activity in the Middle East and after 2 decades was licensed in Shanghai. In 1911 two law companies mergered into one Steward, Bryan, Christie & Williams. 5 years after Taylor Bryan's name stood before other names in the title. It still be the first till now.
In 1917 Rhodes Cave joins the Bryan Cave law firm and its name changed to Bryan, Williams & Cave. After that the firm was developing gradually and became well profitable. In 1973 began the second 100 years of Bryan Cave existing. The firm became a stuff of 52 lawyers in St. Louis. In this year was created an Executive committee. In 2007 the Bryan Cave company expansed in the European Union and opened two operating offices in Hamburg and Milan.
